It seems as if the two major airline manufacturers of the world have just blown the doors off analysts’ predictions for new aircraft sales. Airbus is selling lots of A320 NEOs and Boeing keeps selling 737 Max’s, the next generation 737s. Just recently, Airbus scored big time with Indonesia’s Lion Airlines selling 234 A320s and if that sounds like some sort of record to you, it is. Still, there is a big difference between order taking, selling, and actually delivering the airliners themselves. Let’s go ahead and talk about this for a moment if I might.
